ProperT was founded with one goal: eliminate the massive, unjustified brokerage that brokers charge for simply facilitating a meeting between buyer and seller. In India, a typical broker charges 1–2% of the property value — on a ₹1 crore home, that's ₹1–2 lakh for a service that should cost nothing.

We built the technology to connect buyers directly with owners, created a verification system to ensure every listing is genuine, and partnered with India's top developers to give buyers direct access to new projects. Today, ProperT manages a 50-acre NCR land bank, has facilitated ₹25,000+ Crores in sales, and employs over 1,000 real estate professionals across India.

Our Developer Partnership Programme brings direct inventory from 1,000+ builders onto the platform. Our Broker Registration system lets verified agents list properties for clients who need representation. And our data pipeline aggregates listings from across the web — all to ensure you always have the most complete view of the market.

ProperT charges zero brokerage to buyers and tenants. Basic listing is always free for owners. Optional premium packages exist for sellers seeking boosted visibility.
User Conduct
Users must not post false, misleading or duplicate listings. Misrepresentation may result in permanent suspension and legal action.
Developer & Portal Data Agreements
ProperT has entered into formal data sharing agreements with 1,000+ developers across India for aggregating and displaying project listings, brochures, floor plans and media. All such data is used under contractual license.
